Details:

I typed "wget -p https://html.spec.whatwg.org". Wget didn't download
images/abstract.jpeg . This is a bug.

Please, fix it. Then make sure, that "wget -p" correctly downloads whole page
https://html.spec.whatwg.org . Also make sure "wget -H -p" and "wget -k -p"
works correctly with this page, too
